Prices, Payment and Delivery

All prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery will be charged in accordance with our Delivery areas and charges clearly set out under Delivery.

We cannot provide any goods until you have paid for them in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order via email to the email address that you use to log in to your Lincoln Furniture account. Delivery arrangements will be made via telephone within 72 hours of acceptance of your order. Once this agreement has been made it will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

All card payments are processed securely for you by Secpay www.secpay.com which is part of Paypoint.net, some transactions will also pass through Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode.

The cardholders address must match the delivery address. This will be verified by our card payment provider Secpay.

The total amount you pay is the same regardless of your payment card type.

Returns Policy

Our returns and refunds policy is in addition to your legal rights.

When you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 28 days after delivery by:

• returning the product to us (you will need to bring your sales advice and the credit/debit card used for payment); or
• Calling us on 01622 691291 or Contact Us via email to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection. This will incur a collection charge of £15 including VAT.

This is subject to the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused, as new, and in a saleable condition.
2. Products which are made to measure or adapted to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
3. If you return the product to store your must provide proof of purchase and we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
4. You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.
5. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund without a receipt.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Money Back Guarantee

Our ‘money back guarantee’ means that if you, the customer, are not entirely satisfied with your choice of furniture when it arrives at your door, we will without question, return the goods to the store and refund the entire purchase back onto the card you purchased the item with originally.

Should you wish to exchange the item instead of receiving your money back, this is of course an option.

Oversell

Whilst very tight controls are always kept on our stock numbers, it is possible very occasionally for us, to oversell an item.

In the unlikely event of us selling you an item we do not have you will of course be refunded and then given the opportunity to order this item if it is available to us, if it is not available to us you will be offered a refund only.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

General Conditions

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate.

Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse, Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse may not be able to do so. In such circumstances Lincoln Furniture Warehouse will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances the Customer will contact Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse and agree an alternative date.

As soon as Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse's responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date Lincoln Furniture Warehouse agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse, have been paid in full.

To the extent permitted by law, Lincoln Pine Warehouse Limited T/a Lincoln Furniture Warehouse accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.

In these terms and conditions:

 "Lincoln Furniture Warehouse" means, Lincoln Pine Warehouse Ltd trading as Lincoln Furniture Warehouse and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;

"We and Us" means Lincoln Pine Warehouse Ltd trading as Lincoln Furniture Warehouse either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;

"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
