I would just like to thank you for your excellent customer service and delivery. I have just received a nest of tables, without a scratch or mark on them. Delivery men were pleasant and took the time to ring me to say they were in the area, excellent service from beginning to end..
We received our furniture today and just wanted the manager to know how impressed we were with the delivery men. They were on the ball and helpful even to a point of taking their shoes off! Its nice to see that an old style service is still being worked, credit to your company.

The delivery men not only rang half an hour before they arrived to give prior warning, but they were also very polite and double checked everything was in order before they left.
This afternoon I had 3 items of furniture delivered and felt I should write regarding the 2 guys that delivered and set it up. They were polite, very careful taking table, chairs and side dresser down the stairs, they set up the table and showed us how to extend it and replace the extension leaves properly, explained about oiling and took all the rubbish away. Please extend our thanks to these guys once again and thank you for the service you have provided and the quality of your products.

I would just like to say that Maidstone Store, and particularly a lady called Penny, have been very helpful. I ordered a telephone table. Shortly after it had been delivered I realized that one of the drawers was not fitting correctly. I phoned the store and explained the problem. I was phoned back and within an hour I had a new table. Everyone involved was very helpful. This is what I call good service, thank you.
