Our ‘money back promise’ means that if you, the customer, are not entirely satisfied with your choice of furniture when it arrives at your door, we will without question, return the goods to the store and refund the entire purchase back onto the card you purchased the item with originally.
Should you wish to exchange the item instead of receiving your money back, this is of course an option.
