Can I choose my furniture and make payment over the phone?
Yes. If you prefer not to purchase online please call Lincoln Furniture Warehouse and one of our sales team can take credit or debit card payment |

Do you deliver?
Yes. Deliveries are done by our dedicated team who place the furniture into your room of choice. Whats more delivery is FREE to Kent and East Sussex! |

Where do you deliver?
We deliver FREE to Kent and East Sussex, if you do not live in Kent or East Sussex sorry but we cannot offer you delivery; please contact the store for more information. |

Can I go to Lincoln Furniture and collect my purchase?
Yes. All items are in stock for you to take away immediately. Please phone to check current stock levels, and perhaps reserve an item before making your journey. Please note that purchases paid for online or over the phone, cannot be collected and can only be delivered. |

When are you open?
We are open 7 days a week, 9 - 5.30pm Monday - Saturday (Thurs until 7pm) , 10- 4pm on Sundays, and 24hrs online. |

Do you have parking at Maidstone?
Yes. We have a free, customer car park, which includes some wide easy access parking bays. |

Can somebody help me load my van or car?
Yes. We have dedicated staff to load vehicles at all times with items of furniture that you wish to purchase and take away. |

If I'm not happy with my furniture when I've got it home what can I do?
No problem. Telephone Lincoln Furniture Warehouse and we will arrange for a refund upon receipt of the goods back in the Warehouse, please view our Returns Policy within the Terms and Conditions. |

How can I pay?
We take all major credit and debit cards, cheque or cash payment. Sorry, but we do not accept American Express. |
